Sometimes it helps to have a different / outside voice to come in and give you a different perspective.
What I do:
- I asses organizational needs and effectiveness in all areas
- Make recommendation to board members, staff and volunteers
- Speak at fundraisers, banquets, churches and community leaders on your behalf
- Provide direction in the reorganization of policy and procedure
- Coach organizational directors to become a greater success in their calling
